Job Description
We are looking for a professional to join our team as a L&D Project Manager, taking on a strategic role in the implementation and coordination of capacity-building and development initiatives. This professional will be responsible for managing challenging and high-impact projects, focusing on the transformation and evolution of participants' skills.
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and monitor all project stages, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality goals are met.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams and manage stakeholder expectations, fostering effective communication among all parties involved and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the logistics of the training activities (both in-person and online), ensuring resource optimization.
- Monitor performance indicators and provide regular updates on the project's progress.
- Design and implement post-training support strategies, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the sustainability and practical application of the skills acquired by trainees.
- Plan and organize activities, events or workshops to share the project's key milestones, learning results and impacts to group companies and the broader community, enhancing visibility and impact of the initiatives.
Profile:
- Degree in Management, Human Resources, Education Sciences, or relevant experience for the role.
- Pedagogical Competence Certificate (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing training projects or medium-scale initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PM2, or Agile).
- Proven experience in Upskilling or digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and training platforms (LMS) (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Good level of English (preferred).
