Introduction
The Ethics & Business Integrity team, part of the Legal and Compliance department, is responsible for developing, supervising, and strengthening the ethics culture at ASML. It supports raising awareness, providing leadership and expert advice to ensure the development and execution of ethics alongside ASML’s values. The E&BI team also strives to promote the observance of policies and is the guardian of ASML’s Code of Conduct, Speak Up policy, Human Rights policy; Gifts & Entertainment policy and Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies.
Ethics & Business Integrity team Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Manage and monitor the ASML Ethics, Human Rights, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Programs on a daily basis.

Policy Owner: Maintain the ASML Code of Conduct, Speak Up Policy, Human Rights Policy, Anti-fraud policy, Bribery & Corruption Policy and Gifts & Entertainment Policy.

Investigation Coordination: Act as the lead coordinator for ethics investigations.

Awareness and Compliance: Raise awareness and develop training to encourage understanding and compliance of the Ethics & Business Integrity topics.
Your assignment
The Ethics & Business Integrity team is looking for an intern to support its human rights program in day to day matters.
Key deliverables include:

Support the Human Rights Program and assist in the development of the Human Rights Roadmap.

Assist in training and communication efforts for Human Rights topics.

Assist in Human Rights projects, such as responsible contracting, human rights policy update, responsible Supply Chain and embedding human rights in own operations.

You are a student throughout the entire internship and committed to a minimum duration of 9 months.
This is a bachelor or master internship (non-thesis) that requires a minimum commitment of 9 months, with a preference for a 12-month duration. The schedule involves working 4 to 5 days per week, with 3 days on-site, and the start date is as soon as possible.

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
