A Labelling Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the labelling processes by performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks. This position supports the labelling team by efficiently managing processes, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Keep label revision codes up to date and reports up to date.
- Organize and schedule meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Perform data entry using our label submission form, retrieval of labels, and database maintenance.
- Compile reports and utilize initiative and analytical skills to inform the labelling team of urgent requests.
- Arrange meetings with country managers to discuss potential orders and determine the need for labels.
- Respond to emails and follow up on ongoing projects.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure procedures are carried out correctly

Experience and Education
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
