The Role
We are looking for a Knowledge Analyst to help us implement and measure our knowledge management strategy and roadmap by enabling product and operational excellence. This role is focused on developing a well-structured, easy to use, up to date and thoughtfully designed knowledge base in Service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent, high-quality, up-to-date, and searchable content for audiences of varying skill level both internally and externally.
- Connect and drive knowledge initiatives for people with the relevant information, resources, and knowledge across Operations, Delivery, and Product to develop and support new and existing products, features, and services.
- Measure and showcase business impact, track the usage, and define efficiency of the knowledge base content.
- Coach, promote knowledge and information sharing across Service area by building and maintaining knowledge base.
- Plan, test, and implement tools to embed knowledge and information throughout Service to continuously improve processes and eliminating outdated.
Required skills:
- Proven experience in working with knowledge, driving information exchange or training.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experienced with data visualization tools, storytelling with data and video tutorials.
- Have self-starter mindset with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and presenting skills.
Bonus Points for:
- ITIL Knowledge Management.
- A portfolio showcasing how-to articles, video tutorials, FAQ pages.
- Previous experience with LMS tools.
