We’re looking for a resourceful and organized Kitting & Project Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our kitting and custom assembly operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing people, materials, timelines, and quality for non-standard fulfillment jobs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations for kitting, subscription boxes, gift bundles, promotional campaigns, and custom fulfillment projects
- Plan and assign work to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and at high quality
- Coordinate with Inventory, Receiving, and Customer Success to ensure all materials are available and prepped for production
- Supervise a team of associates performing labeling, bundling, assembly, shrink-wrapping, and other manual kitting tasks
- Monitor project timelines, adjust labor as needed, and escalate risks or delays proactively
- Conduct quality checks at each stage of the kitting process and coach the team on attention to detail
- Track production outputs, error rates, and time spent per job to evaluate efficiency
- Maintain an organized project staging area and ensure clear labeling, storage, and documentation
- Partner with operations leadership to continuously improve project workflows and layout
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or light assembly environments
- 1+ years of experience leading kitting, packaging, or custom fulfillment projects
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Hands-on leadership style—willing to jump in and work alongside the team when needed
- Proficient with inventory systems, scanners, and basic spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
