We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the PragerU Kids team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, content promotion, education and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They should be a self-starter, problem solver, and quick with detailed recall. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, content distribution, and audience engagement to expand the reach of PragerU Kids.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management and coordination for the Kids Marketing team, ensuring PragerU Kids campaigns are completed on time and meet specifications and designated KPIs.
  • Collaborate with key team leads, including Social Media, Email, Website, YouTube, Partnerships, and Paid Media.
  • Work closely with and report to the Director of Kids Marketing and VP of Kids.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables with cross-functional teams, including Education, Design, Production, and Data, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of social media and email marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate the flow of weekly and monthly reporting to the Director of Kids Marketing and VP of Kids.
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Successful Candidates Will Possess

  • 2-5+ years of experience preferred in marketing, digital media, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs (Sheets and Excel), basic Project Management software
  • Experience in social media management, email marketing and website management
  • Shopify experience is a plus!
  • An aptitude to function within deadlines while working both independently and within a team is essential
  • Experience writing simple correspondence such as emails, letters, and chat, in a concise and professional manner
  • Pleasant and professional phone manner
  • Must be a team player that can work independently and effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, self-starter, organized, and effective communicator

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $67,000 - $72,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
