Core Responsibilities

Primary Support for US Club Channel Senior Key Account Manager

  • Coordinating item set-up process between internal ISU team and customers.

  • Handle locked volume reporting, tracking and gap identification.

  • Procuring purchase orders following customer sell-in process.

  • Management of club channel shipments to ensure timely and accurate planning of all programs.

  • Analyze regional and club level program performance to inform future plans & pallet allocation.

Provide day to day key account management and admin support for US Sales Team

  • Assist with customer engagement scheduling, agendas, and meeting coordination, including on the ground support for customer visits.

  • Internal team activity calendar management, including distribution list control, one stop shop for Head of Sales.

  • Run external partner portal, ensuring updated data and information.

  • Assist in .com product and toy category quality audits.

  • Item set-up assistance, inclusive of asset downloads and transmission & POG studio.

  • Sample management and coordination, across accounts, in partnership with other teams.

The Key Account Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales growth in the US and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies. This position will primarily support the Sr. KAM responsible for the warehouse club channel, but will also provide day to day support for the larger US Sales team by acting as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for the LEGO brand. This person will play a critical role in ensuring all sales initiatives & strategies are successfully implemented and that our retail partners receive exceptional service.

This role plays an important part in our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow by bringing the power of LEGO® play to more children in the US.

Hybrid working model

This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $72,900 – 109,300 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The definitive compensation may vary in alignment with the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
