Red Bull Sales teams are all about making sure that whenever consumers want a Red Bull can, it is always close at hand regardless of where they stand across the globe. They do this via our two channel-oriented sales teams: Off Premise and On Premise.
The Key Account Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies and POS execution of main Convenience national chain, to increase market share and ensure compliance with the growth targets set for the Channel.
Job Description
Analysis of indicators
Analyze performance indicators (Sales volume, market share, price relativity and market implementation), using control tools (Top As, Scantrack, PSA, Dashboard) and information collected from the market. Identify key opportunities and develop long-term sales strategies and action plans based on the results of BP AS Negotiations.
Contract Negotiations
Setting up and structuring commercial agreements with national chains, following national trading guides (implementation of execution leverages vs. investments). Negotiate with Retail Chains in the market and sign the agreement in Red Bull format.
Investment Management
Manage budget and negotiate contracts (quarterly and annual) through monitoring of performance KPIs and levers of implementation (PSA and Dashboard).
Market Analysis
Be aware of competition action plans and the work performed by the team, identifying opportunities and proposing action plans to improve the scenario.
Monthly Review and Follow Up plans
Make analysis of the results of the month, identifying the causes and preparing action plans.
Ensure the implementation of action plan through constant follow up
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in business administration, economy, engineering, marketing
Driver´s licence up to date
3 years of proven experience working directly in sales of the key account/convenience channel in consumer goods industry.
Ability to work independently but with responsibility, aligned to processes and values, and be organized
Technical and practical negotiation skills
Analytical and good number understanding, advanced excel
Communicative, including presentation and training ability
