The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing Bupa Global's market share of group sponsored International Private Medical Insurance clients in the Nordic market. Achieving this through building and maintaining strong client relationships within a portfolio of Bupa’s strategic clients across EEA.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
- To deliver on-going high-quality service and relationship management to ensure that all renewal activity is well managed, and policies are maintained
- Champion the needs of the clients whilst balancing the needs of the business, by presenting ideas to the business to continually develop BGEEA/Bupa Nordic value proposition
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within a portfolio, ensuring win / win relationships and requirements of clients are delivered within BGEEA operational capacity and risk appetite
- Remain up to date with BGEEA propositions to be able to provide advice on the most appropriate cover options for clients, including strong relationships with pricing and marketing
- Attend networking and market development events with a view to expanding Bupa Global’s brand recognition and uncovering opportunity
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Experience working in International Private Medical Insurance or a regulated environment
- Excellent interpersonal, social, communication and presentation skills are required to build client and broker relationships, with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen and strong leadership to enable robust proposals to be developed that deliver customer, partner and business value whilst working under pressure in a highly competitive market
- An excellent capacity to organise workflows and to work with others across multiple business functions
- A track record of achieving and exceeding targeted business results/KPIs
- Excellent English language skill both written and verbal. Business level knowledge of at least one Nordic language is preferred
