Your role at Clorox:
Gerenciar y diseñar el Join Bussines Plan (JBP) de los clientes asignados para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, mediante el cumplimiento de políticas internas, valores Clorox y estrategias AMPS. Aplicar la experiencia y conocimiento del mercado para la elaboración y la óptima ejecución del plan comercial del canal.
In this role, you will:

Implementación de estrategias comerciales: Garantizar que las estrategias comerciales de la compañía se implementen en las cuentas asignadas mediante el control y seguimiento continuo, asegurando el cumplimiento rentable de los objetivos establecidos.

Gestión de forecast: Administrar y cumplir el forecast de ventas en las categorías MSC, NSC y RR para los clientes asignados.

Ejecución en el punto de venta: Supervisar la implementación de estrategias AMPS (precios, planogramas, exhibiciones), asegurando la codificación y suministro regular de productos conforme a los estándares de Clorox en las cuentas asignadas.

Análisis de mercado: Mantener un conocimiento profundo del mercado a través de un contacto constante con los diferentes actores del canal, identificando oportunidades y proponiendo actividades alineadas con sus necesidades.

Coordinación de planes promocionales: Planificar, coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de actividades promocionales del canal, garantizando su eficiencia para alcanzar los objetivos anuales.
What we look for:
Sumaremos a nuestro equipo comercial un profesional de las carreas de Administración, Publicidad y Mercadeo, Ingeniería (o experiencia laboral equivalente) con al menos 4 años en ventas de productos de consumo masivo, que cuente con experiencia gestionando clientes clave, como Mi Comisariato y Almacenes Tía (Guayaquil) o Supermaxi (Quito).
Serán requisitos:

Negociación, liderazgo y comunicación efectiva.

Planeación estratégica y orientación a resultados.

Mercadeo en puntos de venta y manejo avanzado de MS Office.

Conocimientos básicos de finanzas.

Nivel medio de inglés.
