This role


You will contribute to the mission of delivering consumer finance at scale. One of the many reasons PayJoy develops innovative products is because of the collaborative work of our teams that enable consumer finance in emerging markets. This person will help drive the growth of PayJoy’s innovative smartphone service in the Philippines market.


You will build on the success of PayJoy’s phone financing business to meet ambitious growth goals. You will work with teams across the company as well as external partners to ensure a successful operation. You are dynamic, results-driven, and enjoy a high-change environment. 


The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for the expansion of retail and distribution and to increase sales revenue while building solid relationships with the key strategic accounts across the Philippines. The Key Accounts Manager expertise includes business and marketing strategies,  end product management and development coupled with sales management, with an exceptional understanding of the Filipino market. The ideal candidate should be focused on building solid and long-lasting trusted relationships with key accounts, believing solid foundations are key to long term success. 


As a results driven sales professional with a proven track record of performance delivery, the KAM is recognised as an ambitious leader, able to create strategic alliances with organisations' leaders, the ability to provide credible solutions to deliver key business objectives, offering partners the expertise in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and implement effective strategic plans and goals to develop new and existing strategic key accounts.
  • Build solid and long-lasting trusted relationships across all levels within key strategic accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate forecasts for all key strategic accounts and meet target requirements.
  • Develop, manage and implement go to market strategies for each key strategic account.

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of experience with account management/trade marketing. Experience working with carriers, OEM’s, retailers, and dealers with a strong understanding of finance and technology.
  • Diploma in sales, leadership and management.
  • Successful track record in key account management and building and managing an effective sales team.
  • Action-oriented and energetic with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
