Are you an ambitious and driven Territory Manager with a background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)? Are you looking to take the next step in your career and develop your skills in Key Account Management? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key clients across Aldi, Target and Kmart. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, to drive business growth through strategic account planning and execution.

A day in the life:

  • Develop and execute tailored strategies for key accounts to deliver business growth
  • Identify opportunities for expanding market share
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
  • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs for key accounts
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking trends and making changes when needed
  • Prepare reports on account performance and forecasting sales
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless account management
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximise growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager in the FMCG or FMCH sector.
  • Understanding of Key Account Management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
