Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, National Accounts ANZ for FIJI Water, you’ll take the lead as Key Account Manager, driving business development and managing top-tier National Retail and Convenience Accounts across Australia. Your mission? To expand a portfolio of key accounts, fueling impressive sales growth and helping shape the future of FIJI Water in Australia. Your success will directly contribute to the team's ambitious revenue goals, making you a crucial player in our ongoing story of excellence and innovation!

  • Craft Winning Strategies: Design dynamic business strategies to drive explosive growth in National Retail and Convenience channels.
  • Expand Horizons: Take charge of business development by hunting down new opportunities, growing our client base, and forming strategic partnerships that push growth to new heights.
  • Own Key Accounts: Manage and nurture key accounts while securing exciting new business channels, making an impact across the board.
  • Seal the Deal: Identify, negotiate, and execute joint business plans for National Retail and Convenience Accounts that bring powerful results.
  • Dominate the Shelf: Ensure our products shine on the shelves—achieving shelving, pricing, and merchandising targets in line with brand goals, account objectives, and budget requirements.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market: Lead the charge in understanding category trends and competitive moves in the Australian market, ensuring we're always a step ahead.
  • Champion Collaboration: Foster top-tier communication and collaboration with customer service, brand marketing, supply chain, finance, sales, and business development teams.
  • Analyze for Impact: Provide crucial insights and ad hoc analysis for the Sales Director, National Accounts ANZ, and Senior Leadership, keeping us on the cutting edge.
  • Take Charge of P&L: Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring every decision aligns with our financial goals.
  • Maximize Our Reach: Use analytics to optimize distribution, perfect SKU/pricing strategies, and manage trade spending for maximum impact.
  • Spot Opportunities: Analyze monthly data to evaluate promotional effectiveness, track competitors, and pinpoint new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven FMCG Expertise: At least three years of experience managing top-tier National FMCG accounts, with bonus points if you've handled Amazon and Metcash.
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills, paired with strong numeracy skills to tackle data-driven decisions.
  • Independent & Collaborative: A self-starter who thrives both solo and as a key part of a dynamic team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM software, leveraging technology to build better relationships and drive sales.
  • Market Insight: Sharp awareness of market trends and a knack for spotting competitive opportunities to stay ahead of the game.
  • Customer-First Approach: A natural at delivering outstanding customer service that builds lasting partnerships.
