Job Description:

  • Responsible for growing company’s revenue by building long term relation with existing and new clients while identifying new business opportunities
  • Responsible for acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs which includes requirement gathering activities such as identifying project requirements while collaborating with the client and the project manager to gather and define requirements
  • Collaborate with clients for setting and managing their expectation early; being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication to ensure that the correct products and services are being delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Act as a bridge between the client and the project manager to ensure timely communication and coordination
  • Responsible for performing UAT for assigned projects and providing walkthroughs of the latest mobile app builds features and functionalities to assigned clients
  • By providing more timely and personalized support, this new hire will help strengthen client relationships and build trust in our services.
  • This enhanced client experience will not only improve retention but will also create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ultimately driving increased revenue.
  • This role will play a key part in fostering a client-centric approach while contributing to long-term business growth and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of working in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a zest in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent people’s management skills
  • Understanding of the complete SDLC preferred
  • BSc in computer sciences, sales or relevant field preferred

Shift Timings: (8:30 pm to 5:30 am) & (12 pm - 9 pm)
