Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
- Meeting and exceeding set KPIs per sales quotas.
- Set up sell-out incentive plan with customers.
- Conducting market visits and analyzing data.
- Analyzing PSI (purchase, Sales and Inventory) data
- Oversee and be the main point of contact for the category managers.
- Oversee the issue of sales orders and provide status to partners.
- Communicate with partners on new products.
- Working closely with marketing dep. to create new promotions and events with the partners
- Providing weekly reports of sales-related KPIs
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-10 years’ experience, including experience in a global company.
- High analytical skills- experience in analyzing complex data
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and manage complex processes
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.
- Self-learning ability
- High PPT and Excel skills.
- English- High level.
