That means a culture of empowerment, where speaking up is valued, and growth and development are constant.Ferring+You You will be responsible to engage with healthcare professionals, achieved sales target within assigned territory and support initiatives that are aligned with company goals and objectives.Your day at Ferring

  • Visit Key Doctors and Key Hospitals and, if necessary, Health Authorities in order to inform on our products according to the marketing strategy with the frequency agreed. Build up and maintain an excellent relationship with these KOLand hospitals. Assist to the Scientific Congresses determined by the company.
  • Identification of key accounts: Key Doctors and Key Hospitals. Follow up on key accounts evolution. Proposal of new Key Accounts, changes or removals. Track the prescription habits of the KOL, check his/her consideration of our products, his/her publications and ensure his influence in the medical community.
  • Inform in an accurate, updated and according to the company’s strategy about our products: use of marketing material, clarification of doubts and concerns, opposition to objections, advantages compared to competence. Ensure that other departments complete the info to the KOL if necessary.
  • Obtain information from the market about the doctors concerns on our products, the competence and test our own marketing material and strategy. Obtain information about possible public tenders, launchment of new products by the competence, cost containment measures, Health Authorities possible prescription instructions to doctors.
  • Propose activities in his/her territory invitation to congresses, participation of doctors as lectures, organization of clinical sessions that helps to promote our promote our products always in compliance with ethics standards. Organize the proposals approved according to the budget approved.
  • Negotiation, if any, with stakeholders the conditions of purchase of our products. Advise in the decision price proposal in public tenders.
  • Inform timely and in manner about the daily activity and the next weeks planification and present on time expenses report.
  • Manage the budget assigned in activities that ensure the return on investment.

  • University degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Background in Science, biology, medical and pharmacy is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude, resourceful, energetic and a good team player
  • Proficiency in computer skill
  • Have capability to be involved in management strategy
