Key Account Manager, Tractor Supply Inc. - Royal Canin
Preferred Location: Nashville, TN area (within 3 hours)
Other Locations Considered: Chicago, IL / Bentonville, AR / St. Louis, MO
The Sr. Customer Manager is responsible for achieving overall sales and KPI goals for the Royal Canin business with Tractor Supply Inc. (Tractor Supply & Petsense). This position is the key steward of the annual planning/JBP process. Including, but not limited to, activation plans, objectives, terms negotiations and category assortment. The individual will accomplish this through the engagement of internal and external stakeholders.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred

5+ years’ experience successfully leading customers at headquarters and regional level for mutual profitable growth

Experience within national sales

Experience which demonstrates advanced problem solving and analytic capabilities

Success driving mutual value creation with multiple cross-functional stakeholders

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment

Ability to travel 10-20%
What would be your key responsibilities?

Achieve all assigned performance targets - GSV, NSV, Metric Tonnes

Own Forecasting Process at an item level by period for this customer

Responsibility for the P&L and implementation of the activity set, including sales & marketing programs.

Manages the trade promotion budget at assigned customers in harmony with Mars policies and procedures and within assigned budgets

Develops comprehensive customer business plans to deliver all business segment objectives

Provides their customer with category information and makes recommendations for Category growth

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
