Position: Sales Manager / Key Account Manager ( Macau ) – 6 Months Contract

This role requires driving strong distributor management and achieving route-to-market excellence. It is critical to lead the Macau sales team in achieving sales excellence, maximizing Haleon brand exposure, and enhancing consumption to secure a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales strategies to ensure achievement of the annual sales plan, achieve sales volume and gross to net targets.
  • Define Macau Independent Drug Stores & Supermarket Go-To-Market strategies by customers and category, drive effective store segmentation to maximise business ROI
  • Continue to drive channel profitability and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit opportunities
  • Leading team to maintain good customer partnership to implement best in class category management principles and deliver outperformed market result
  • Contribute to the creation and execute the channel vision and strategy, leading the team to drive in-store excellence in all aspect
  • Ensure Team KPI are properly coordinated and executed, ongoing review team performance for improvement
  • Familiarize with Macau’s regulation on OTC product registration and sales activities
  • Drive effective people management, coaching and distributor model efficiency
  • Follow company designed forecasting system and achieve forecasting accuracy, work closely with supply chain team on fulfilment rate and stock management.
  • Establish effective collaboration across functions to drive company’s objectives

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years' related sales experience in OTC / Healthcare / FMCG industry
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office application - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
