What We Do

Blue Diamond Growers is on a global mission to share the benefits of almonds with the world.

Blue Diamond Growers is the world's largest almond processing and marketing company. We are the world’s leading almond brand, and we’re focused on building markets and creating new products to deliver the benefits of almonds to the world. Made up of more than 3,000 growers, we’re cooperatively owned by half of the state's almond growers who produce over 80 percent of the world almond supply.

The California almond crop is marketed to all 50 states and more than 90 foreign countries, making almonds California's largest food export, the sixth largest U.S. food export and the #1 specialty crop in America. We keep that market-leading position by remaining strategically ahead of the curve, with continual innovations in our award-winning processing plants and information technology systems that have grown by leaps and bounds to support global growth.

Our biggest point of differentiation, though, is our people. Through cooperation and teamwork, we, the Almond People as we’re affectionately known, deliver the best-tasting, highest-value almonds and almond products in the world.

This is an exciting time at Blue Diamond where every team member can showcase their talents and contribute in new and innovative ways to drive accomplishments. The opportunity is here for each of us to step up, take our futures in hand and find new ways to achieve at Blue Diamond. We’re building on our strengths, learning as we go, trusting one another and realizing unprecedented levels of success.
