We are looking for a Key Account Manager who is ready to shape the future of technology by building a unique experience for our customers. As a Key Account Manager Mobile for the Benelux, you will be in the lead of driving our sales and facilitating our advanced product portfolio. Your goal is to achieve our targets and improve Samsung's good reputation for quality and innovation. You will be building a very strong relationship with our key operator account.

As a Key Account Manager Mobile at Samsung, you will take the lead in our business strategy, drive our sales and maintain our key account. Your focus will be on this major account. This dynamic job role involves strategic planning, data analysis, marketing coordination and budget management. We are looking for an ambitious colleague who has a strategic mindset and the ambition to grow within our team.
 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage one major operator account with full revenue responsibility.
  • Overseeing a portfolio with a turnover exceeding €100 million and thousands of device sales per week.
  • Defining and understanding customer needs and strategic direction; being able to translate these into concrete business planning.
  • Focusing on creating win-win business opportunities that add value for the customer while contributing to the organization’s growth expectations.
  • Develop and execute a tailored strategic plan that goes beyond mere product positioning. Instead, you will focus on integrated solutions—such as bundling premium devices with subscription offers, weekend deals, and value-added incentives—to create mutual growth.
  • Challenge the status quo by asking tough questions, challenging routine processes, and injecting new energy and drive into the team.
  • Collaborate across multiple internal functions including logistics, marketing, channel support, finance, and sales to ensure flawless execution and alignment.
     

Engage in a dynamic work schedule: one day per week on-site at the operator’s premises (coordinating with planning, marketing, and other support teams) and the remainder in the office or from home
Your team
As a Key Account Manager Mobile, you will join our dynamic sales team, which includes three Key Account Managers, a Sales Manager, the Head of Sales, and the Vice President of Sales. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager.

We seek a results-driven colleague who is adaptable and comfortable navigating change. In this role, personal involvement and accountability for results are essential. Additionally, we value a team player who is easygoing and integrates seamlessly into our close-knit, collaborative team.
 

We also request:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to make informed decisions.
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to make good judgements and take quick decisions.
