Your Responsibilities:
- You proactively manage and develop our top key accounts in wholesale business Dining & Lifestyle.
- With your good feeling for digital, you advise our customers holistically along the entire customer journey - whether stationary trade or with connected online sales. Together you maximize turnover and achieve defined goals.
- You build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through personal visits, convincing arguments and innovative service solutions.
- You collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing team to efficiently implement customer projects and maximize growth opportunities.
- Analyzing markets and competitor data is key to identify trends and make strategic decisions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Several years of experience in international key account management, preferably with FMCG background
- Open minded, persuasive, solution oriented
- Strategic thinking and strong operational execution
- Excellent communication skills and perfect negotiation abilities
- Independent work ethic, high motivation, and passion for sales and people coming of multiple cultures
- Very good command of both German and English, additional knowledge language is an advantage
