Core Responsibilities

  • Lead LEGO Certified Stores (LCS) as one of the pivotal and high growth brand and sales channel and contribute to The LEGO Group and Business Unit strategy, to support the high growth ambition in Taiwan

  • As a critical part of Taiwan Acceleration plan, devise long and short-term LCS strategies including Store expansions in Taiwan, growth ambition setting and global initiative implementation to deliver strong commercial results

  • Develop joint business plan with LCS partner (Sun Kids) to enhance commercial value, drive recruitment & retention, and deliver the best LEGO brand experience and consumer, shopper and customer service in Taiwan via both physical and online stores.

  • Work closely with collaborators from the local marketing and sales team, as well as regional and global collaborators, to drive the alignment and execution of the strategy.

  • Lead product forecasting and stock turn of LCS, work closely with Operation team & LCS partner to improve the efficiency of business operations to meet growth ambitions and demand.

  • Gatekeep P&L of LEGO Certified Stores according to plan, accountable for LCS trade investments and ROI management, be agile and adaptive in adjusting cost levels with efficiencies

  • Represent LCS Taiwan in regional and global platforms

LEGO Certified Stores is an integral part of LEGO Branded channel business and it plays a critical role in The LEGO Group to deliver the best and inspirational experience to shoppers and consumers. It is also a strategically important channel in leading strong growth of our business in terms of both commercial and further brand building in Taiwan. This role is a key position within the Taiwan Sales team to own the commercial growth and agenda for LEGO Certified Stores, reporting directly to the Country Manager of Taiwan.

  • Min 6 years in knowledge and experience in retail and key account management in operating partner stores with international brands

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, sufficient for strategic selling and negotiation

  • Experience in autonomous customer meetings, sales forecasting and initiative planning

  • Financial competence (retail P&L management)

  • Result oriented with a can-do spirit, agile mentality and customer service oriented attitude

  • Able to lead and handle change in a dynamic environment

  • Entrepreneurial & growth mindset to adopt & drive test & learn culture!
