JoomPro is entering a rapid expansion phase and we are now looking for a Key Account Manager/Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new medium and large clients for JoomPro Mexico. We are looking for the first person to develop our clients in Mexico with an opportunity to drive the KAM as a Teamlead in the future.


Responsibilities

- Lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure clients for JoomPro in Mexico, building strong and lasting relationships

- Design and maintain a robust inbound and outbound prospecting pipeline to drive consistent growth

- Oversee the entire acquisition process — from curating prospect lists and managing the sales funnel to closing high-value deals

- Work closely with Sales Excellence, Supply, Logistics, and Marketing teams to optimize prospecting activities and ensure a seamless client experience


Requirements

- Proven track record in active prospecting of clients in complex sales environments

- Proficiency in B2B Outbound prospecting tools such as Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Cortex, Ramper, Clearbit, among others

- Skilled in using CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.

- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting funnel control, pipeline setup, and conversion by funnel stage

- Ability to independently build, organize, and manage your own prospecting portfolio with minimal oversight

- Familiarity with leading sales frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, among others

- Advanced English

- Background in e-commerce

- Leadership experience in KAM / Sales teams
