Job Description
As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for providing support to key customers through high added value by increasing the sales volumes, providing stability of sales transactions, and increasing the company's market share, implementing the business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building close customer relations, in accordance with the law, internal regulations, Good Practices, and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Caring for the expansion of the key customer base and actively servicing existing customers in accordance with the sales strategy.

Planning and identifying ways to retain and improve relationships with key clients/customers to achieve sales goals for the entire sales portfolio.

Establishing and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibility for achieving sales targets and actively promoting products.
-
Responsibility for monitoring and reporting on competitor activities in the market.

Responsibility for executing marketing strategies and tactics.
-
Managing the information database about customers.

Collaborating with other sales representatives and key account managers, coordinating and working towards ensuring common sales goals.
What you will bring to the role:

University degree (BSc) in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine or other relevant natural science degree.

Fluent in English
-
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or sales.
