Job Title: Key Account Manager-Consumer

Job Description
The Key Account Manager for Consumer is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service, and resolving issues. They also engage with clients to understand their business needs, prepare proposals, and collaborate on industry-specific activities. This role involves working independently on complex projects, mentoring junior employees, and influencing stakeholders to adopt new practices..
Key Responsibilities
- 100% responsible for off line and store channels in Sweden.
- Responsible for in field pharmacy education of Galderma's consumer portfolio within skincare.
- Expand the channel category, increasing the portfolio of Cetaphil within this.
- Implement Key Account & Client Management Plans: Develop and execute strategies to retain and strengthen client relationships.
- Customer Service and Issue Resolution: Provide high-quality customer service and resolve client issues promptly to ensure client retention.
- Client Engagement Activities: Identify client business requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and engage with clients to meet their needs.
- Process Development and Administration: Contribute to the creation and management of processes related to Key Account & Client Management programs and policies.
- Industry-Specific Relationship Management: Collaborate on activities specific to the industry to enhance client relationships and coordinate customer-facing roles.
- Project and Process Management: Manage large and complex projects independently, lead process improvement initiatives, and design new processes.
- Mentorship and Training: Direct the work of junior employees, provide training and mentorship, and manage processes and programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external service providers, and key stakeholders, providing technical guidance and influencing new practices
Skills & Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in key account management or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and strengthening client relationships.
- Proven record of category management within consumer and or FMC. Project management
- Experienced within skincare at channel level, wants to be ''out'' interacting with customers.
- Proven Network, Proven integration of innovative projects with customers that have generated increased revenue.
- Experience working with e-com customers.
- Track record from FMCG companies
- Advanced education (e.g., Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing) is often preferred
- Technical Guidance and Mentoring
