We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.

Your role is to define and implement the strategy of the company with this customer:
Responsibilities :
- Capture the customer needs in terms of battery roadmap to make sure Verkor can comply with it.
- Manage Renault through sale lifecycle, from upstream discussion to serial life
- Define and interface the key stakeholders within the Renault organization from the working level up to executive level
- Execution of the Powerhouse program as a core team member of the program management team
- Ensure the profitability of the Renault programs
- Define the strategy to expand Verkor market share with Renault
- Deploy cost roadmap strategy to ensure the competitiveness of our products.
- Provide customer feedback to the Verkor Product, Marketing and Engineering teams
- Develop strong product expertise
- Structure commercial offerings based on product capabilities and negotiate complex commercial contracts including terms and conditions, pricing, and delivery agreements.
- Collaborate with Verkor’s product, business development, process engineering and customer program teams to identify current and future business opportunities
- Hard skills:
- Ability to work autonomously with Renault
- Have a strong experience with leading the Renault account for a major automotive Tier 1 from advanced projects up to serial life
- Knows battery systems
- Cost analysis, pricing / quotes on complex parts ideally for automotive customers
- Soft skills:
- Ability to work autonomously
- Customer oriented mindset
- Passion for results.
- Ability to drive internal teams to satisfy customer requests
- Able to work for an industrial start up with limited process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
