Job Description:

This position will develop multi-level and cross-functional relationships with customer’s key personnel and is primarily responsible for achieving all sales objectives, including volume, profit and expense. Key goal is to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by executing a sales strategy that aligns customer requirements with the correct mix of products and services. Reports directly to and works with the Sales Director Retail&Cream cheese responsible for driving growth to the business in a European scope throughout current and new customers. Mission of the Key Account Manager is to ensure organic growth to the Europe area by driving the day-day relation with Global retailers and cream cheese Customers. The individual in this position will be responsible to lead the Customer Business Plans implementation securing the core business but also creating new profitable business and opportunities for the customers and the company. Internally, this position requires high level of Teamwork and cross – functional leadership. Also, a proactive and innovative spirit will be key for success. Externally, the candidate will be required to have direct contact with the client and its external interlocutors at different levels. A good communication skill and an efficient network will have to be created to be able to present ideas and concepts. Success of this position will be measured by delivering initiatives with impact in volumes and VI, ensuring the outmost customer satisfaction and proactively contributing to the business grow with a constructive and innovative spirit.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Listen and respond to the voice of the customer as part of the daily execution of sales management. Develop and execute a business plan that ensures the achievement of volume, margin and profit targets. Work cross functionally within Schreiber to develop, revise and implement programs to meet customer requirements. Comprehensive follow through with internal and external customers to assure alignment with customer expectations. Responsible for retaining and cultivating assigned customers and acquiring new customers. Has expert knowledge of company products and services. Exercises strong judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

  • Highly engaged in development of new business opportunities or emerging areas. Partner is responsible for all geographies of their customer(s), which could include Global accounts.

  • Develop pricing programs to profitably grow our business. Understand and utilize risk management tools to assist with margin management. Forecast both volume and financial performance for internal Schreiber use. Responsible for negotiations of pricing and terms of sale.

  • Develop a multi-level and cross-functional relationship with all internal customer departments (QA, Marketing, Sourcing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance) and link into Schreiber accordingly. Will participate and potentially lead cross-functional projects.

Key ingredients:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in Food & Beverages Industry (FMCG environment)

  • English fluency is required. Other languages will be considered as a plus.

  • Emotional intelligence, always learning, disciplined, continuous immprovement, enterprise thinking and results-oriented

  • Travel availability up to 30% (on annual basis)
