JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Support the team in related fund management and initiatives relating to the listed REITs and business trusts and private funds under FM&I
• Liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders to support the analysis of monthly results, including providing detailed variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports, board papers, and other external reporting requirements
• Other ad-hoc matters
Learning Outcomes:
• Gain a good understanding and insights on how budgets and forecasts are prepared
• Gain experience in financial and operational management of FM&I business.
• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal stakeholder management and other fund / asset level management teams.

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment, with an eagerness to learn.
• Technologically savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
