JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.
This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.
Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into Real_Estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Support capital raising matters, including responding to investor queries and due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals (RFPs) and/or other written materials as required
• Assist in the formatting of presentation slides (as required) to support investor communications and capital raising across various asset classes
• Assist with coordination and logistical management of investor meetings/events across various funds
Learning Outcomes:
• Learn ongoing investor communication and engagement, and gain understanding of the investor onboarding process
