As a Key Account Manager for PMC team, you will build and maintain relationships with the customer, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to increase sales and revenue growth. We are looking for a background in sales, and an understanding of the PMC

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and targets strategic accounts and the biggest construction projects in PMC market (sets commercial policy, pricing policy and portfolio policy). Independ and autonomous.
You can negotiate at all levels within the customer organization, from line operative to executive level and build customer relationships. Strong commercial acumen, proficient technical knowledge or interest in technical solution selling.
Achieve sales targets, reviewing progress and adjusting strategies to exceed revenue goals.
Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, plus 3 or more years of sales experience with PMC expertise.

•             Track record to develop long term, high value projects with multiple influencers and decision makers.

·       Gain knowledge of the industry, our products, and our tools to become the go-to coating advisor for your customers.

·       Identify, support and drive innovation from and to the market that enhances our customers’ sustainability and productivity.

·       Sell our products and services to new and existing customers.

·       Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

·       Plan and lead impactful visits to customers.

How you qualify for the job:

·       Proven (technical) sales skills in a challenging Business to Business environment such as the PMC segment, preferably with >3 years of experience.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Team player.

·       Ambition and drive to learn and develop towards potential next career moves.

·       Proficiency in English and your local language
