- Design Leadership Programs, according to the results of the diagnosis of detected needs.
- Support directors, managers, and supervisors in the Talent Management process: Definition of Annual Goals, Performance Management System, Training and Development Plans, Organizational Inventory and Succession Plans and development plans for High Potential staff, to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Evaluate the different learning and development resources offered, to recommend the best options
- Lead the Change Management Program, according to business needs.
- Ensure company workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
- Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
- Be up to date on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management to help leaders ensure compliance.
- Help line managers deal with organizational, people and change- related issues.
- Conduct day to day performance management guidance to line managers (coaching, mentoring, career planning, etc.).
- Work together with the management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
