About the Role 
Are you ready to shape the future of eCommerce and content for Unilever’s leading brands in the Homecare category? As an Junior/eCommerce Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing online content strategies. You will collaborate with major online retailers across marketplaces, pure players, and omnichannel partners, driving marketing activations that elevate brand performance. You’ll be part of a results-driven team building online business and spearheading Unilever’s digital transformation (while having lots of fun) doing so! 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Content Management & Retailer Collaboration: Manage product listings, cards, hero & supplementary images, descriptions, and SEO optimization across online stores and marketplaces. Implement and update content with retailers to ensure high-quality execution. 

  • Campaign Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage promotional activity calendars in collaboration with Sales and CSP teams. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Excel and data visualization platforms. 

  • Perfect Digital Store Online: Lead tools and initiatives to ensure excellence in the digital shopping experience. 

  • Marketing Activations & Budget Management: Create content for digital marketing campaigns with retailers, while managing marketing budgets and assessing ROI. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, and CSP teams to align strategies and deliver seamless execution. 

 

Requirements 

  • Few years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online sales, ideally in consumer sales. 

  • Strong interest in ecommerce & online marketing and urge to develop 

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting, combined with proficiency in tools like Excel and data visualization platforms. 

  • Ability to manage marketing budgets. 

  • Ability to evaluate and refine creative concepts effectively. 

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals. 

  • Experience in building strong partnerships with external agencies. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with good English (written and spoken). 

  • Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a positive, can-do attitude. 

  • High learning agility and readiness to embrace change.  

  • Optional: Familiarity with platforms for managing Perfect Store Online.
