Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure XIS Bureau messages are matched for allocation in co-ordination with the Underwriting teams.
- To ensure the premium chasing procedure is followed in accordance with the premium chasing workflow.
- To complete all operations duties including MEMO preparations, Data check and reconciliation reports and filing in accordance with the Company’s Underwriting & Underwriting Operations Policy and Procedure Manual ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all times
- To liaise with all external (brokers/ clients) and internal departments including Aggregation, Claims, Finance, IT and MI ensuring smooth operation at all times
- To record submission quotes and policies in XFI in an efficient and accurate manner in line with internal KPI requirements
- To carry out any additional duties set by the Underwriting Operations Supervisor or by the Underwriting Operations Manager as and when required.
Job Specifications
- Preferred bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Good PC skills including Microsoft office.
- Experience Required: 0 - 1 years
