General:
As a Junior Transition Manager you will be responsible for coordination of activities related to transition, You will cooperate with Transition Manager to ensure that all processes from the respective sending location are transitioned to the GBS as per plan ensuring that the work transfer happens as per schedule and on-going operations can be carried out seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out and collect due diligence inputs on “as-is” processes, volumes, roles, and responsibilities.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks – prepare and own the detailed project plan, reporting on progress to key stakeholders.
- Manage all stages of the migration process to ensure they are successfully completed.
- Work with the trainers to ensure knowledge transfer plans are in place and training sessions are held as per schedule.
- Ensure that the relevant process documentation (SOPs, process maps, SLAs) is completed.
- Manage day-to-day communication in the project.
- Proactively identify the risks and work with respective teams to ensure mitigation plans are put in place and executed.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders in local markets.

- Academic degree or equivalent experience in project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning/organizational skills and techniques
- Good decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask
- Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Proven ability to work with various stakeholders on different seniority levels
- Ability to manage change in a fluid and dynamic environment
- Proficient with MS Office
