About the Team
Miro’s Tech Talent Acquisition team includes the following functions: Design, Engineering & Product. All teams are focused on our mission of empowering our customers to create the next big thing! The Tech Talent Acquisition team is primarily located in our European hubs and sits directly under the wider Talent organisation which is comprised of teams across the globe. Our team is focused on delighting both candidates and hiring managers by being a strategic partner, and by ensuring we achieve our company goals.
About the Role
Miro is growing its user base, and we are looking for a stand out recruiter to help us scale our Design, Engineering & Product teams! A recruiter at Miro has many responsibilities - from crafting a sourcing plans to establishing key relationships with both new and existing stakeholders, to speaking with candidates through their Miro journey. You are the face of Miro and usually the first person any potential candidate will interact with.
You will impact our hiring managers immensely by helping them outline their hiring needs in a structured way so that they can find the best talent possible. This plan will serve as the foundation to drive value across the candidates journey with Miro.
You will be empowered to create the next big thing with the Talent Acquisition space, and have autonomy in building processes that match the needs of your customers.
What you’ll do
- You will be responsible for hiring across Design, Product or Engineering depending on the needs of Miro and your stakeholders
- You will own the candidate journey from start to finish, owning everything from sourcing, talent attraction, interviewing, offer management, setting up onboarding, contract management and nore
- You will work closely with all people teams including talent operations, onboarding, talent analytics
- You will interview candidates across a variety of roles and levels, and pitch the best possible future mironeers to your stakeholders
- You will do talent analysis of the market including compensation trends, levelling exercises, pipelining and more
- Participate in internal initiatives that inform the future of the Talent team
What you’ll need
- 2-5 years of recruiting
- Ideally 2+ years of in-house recruiting
- Ideally experienced in hiring across Design, but also Engineering & Product
- Proven experience working with and influencing key decision makers
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- A proactive mentality and a general curiosity to seek to understand
