As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to acquire and develop technical, relational and organisational skills relevant to your professional growth, while having a good time.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates;
  • Management of job advertisements and job development related to recruitment;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes and local recruiting strategies;
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Develop and improve our culture;
  • Support in operational HR activities and on-boarding tasks;
  • Support the craftable employee experience throughout its rollout;
  • Assist candidates/employees with relocation and onboarding via HR support;
  • Attend and/or organize networking and employer branding events/conferences in key recruitment regions when relevant.
  • Providing administrative support.
Requirements

Profile:

  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition or similar role;
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Management;
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail;
  • Ability to plan and execute;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • English language proficiency;
  • Genuinely caring and creative person;
  • Strong motivation for development and learning;
  • Experience as tech recruiter is a nice to have.
