We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Strategy team. This role is a unique opportunity at the intersection of Strategy, Strategic Marketing and Sales within a dynamic and rapidly evolving MedTech organization. You will be a key contributor to strategic planning, commercial execution, and performance tracking—supporting data-driven decisions that shape the future of our business.

How you’ll make an impact:
Strategic & Commercial Insights
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and commercial initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide recommendations on sales performance improvements based on insights from structured analysis.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data across geographies and customer segments at account level.
- Partner with the field sales team to assess growth drivers, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
- Identify and implement enhancements to sales tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
Marketing & Business Analytics
- Coordinate with Marketing and Finance teams to support accurate demand forecasting.
- Lead pricing and market segmentation analysis to enable effective commercial planning.
Project Execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes, sales enablement, and data management.
- Drive special projects (e.g., product launches, salesforce readiness) from planning to execution.
- Support ad hoc strategic initiatives through structured analyses and clear communication of findings.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in strategy, commercial operations, consulting, or analytics roles.
- Fluent English.
- Data Analysis & Visualization (advanced Excel and PowerPoint required, Power BI and Tableau advantage).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, orientation to detail.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
