The main purpose of your role will be to deliver analytics engineerig services to support digital marketing initiatives across NN International Business Units, focusing on structuring raw marketing data for insights. You will be based in Prague, working in a hybrid model, cooperating with approximately 10 colleagues within our Data Science team.
What are you going to work on?

You will develop and maintain data models to structure and standardize marketing data from GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.

Your responsibility will be design ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple marketing sources into Azure from BigQuery and other sources.

It is also necessary to collaborate with Data Scientists on building models, such as attribution and media mix modeling, and help incorporate digital data with internal data for use cases such as retention and NBA (Next Best Action).

You will build and manage MarTech API integrations, enabling exchange between marketing platforms and paid media systems, and facilitate audience sharing and performance tracking to drive targeted campaigns and maximize marketing ROI (Return on Investment).

You will be responsible for data accuracy and governance, implementing best practices for data collection, tagging, and integration across marketing platforms.

You need to provide technical support and documentation, and ensure that stakeholders understand how data flows through various systems.
What do we expect from you?

You have proven experience of delivering analytics engineering connected to digital marketing.

Programming in Python and deep SQL knowledge are your strengths.

You are proficient in working with APIs for marketing platforms to extract and process data.

You understand digital marketing data structures and have experience with marketing attribution, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis.

Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders is not a problem for you.
