The Role

A Sports Settlement Agent in the Fixtures Management and Settlement team is a product-oriented part-time role, heavily involved in all pre-match markets settlement operations. Position is required to utilize different tools and communication channels in order to execute various tasks such as extensive research, data entry and update on various sporting events and communication with internal and external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Pre-match market settlement by using sporting statistics and results
  • Researching, understanding and screening various sources of information
  • Providing operational support and day-to-day communication with internal teams, customers and partners
  • Managing and maintaining database through data entry and update on various sporting events
  • Reporting of all notable occurrences during shifts to the relevant personnel

  • Basic sports betting industry knowledge
  • Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command in verbal and written English
