About The Role 💻 

We are looking for a Junior TA/Sourcer who will help us identify and engage potential candidates to support the company's growth in the sustainability and AI sectors. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.

The role provides an opportunity to grow into a Talent Acquisition role and be part of our amazing People team.

What You’ll Be Doing 🚀

Working as a Junior TA/Sourcer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Sourcing top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms to identify the best candidates.
  • Screening potential candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial outreach to assess their fit.
  • You will be engaging with candidates, building strong relationships, and providing a great candidate experience.
  • Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Maintaining an organized pipeline of candidates and keeping our ATS updated.
  • You will be tracking your sourcing efforts and using data to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • After the on-boarding period besides sourcing the ideal candidate will be able to start developing his interviewing skills take more responsibilities in the recruitment area and be able to evolve into a TA role.

The role is based in Madrid.

What You’ll Need 👀

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or a similar role, preferably within the technology or sustainability sectors.At least 1 year of experience as Sourcer or Jr TA.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, and proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and attract potential candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for identifying and securing top talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Self-starter, able to take ownership and initiative, with high energy and stamina
  • Decisive and action-oriented, able to make rapid decisions even when they are short of information
  • Highly motivated, independent and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user.
