Working as a contributing member of an advanced hybrid solution software development team, you will help drive solutions both in the cloud and on-premises allowing customers to respond effectively in mission-critical operating environments. Job Description

• Participate in design, development, code review, testing and implementation activities producing mission critical, real-time hybrid solutions that will affect the public directly and may save lives.
• Develop high performing solutions with critical level of security and quality requiements for highly available and sophisticated systems and microservices.
• Proactively embrace and leverage AI in order to write more efficient and accurate code with high level of test coverage and automation, freeing up your cognitive space for complex problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively and timely with engineering management and provide technical leadership with accurate effort estimates for projected work and produce documentation including User Stories and Tasks.
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in the face of changing technologies, priorities, and requirements. 
• Self-starter, able to understand and verbally express software development concepts in a clear manner and through the use of reports and other written artifacts. 

Basic Requirements

Required: 

• Strong software development background in Java and/or C# - .NET

• Experience with developing and deploying cloud-based solutions in Azure using Kubernetes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage code versions, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts within a Git team workflow.

• Experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle, etc and any NoSql distributed databases like Cosmos DB/DocumentDB/DynamoDB.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

• 2 years of related software development experience.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, capable of effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Is a plus

• Experience in DevOps practices and tools such as ADO Pipelines, TeamCity, etc.

• Working experience developing REST based APIs and implementing microservice principles and architectures.

• Experience with C, C++, python and perl.
