What you’ll be doing (AKA your daily mission)

• Become a Data Detective: Analyze sales performance metrics like revenue, conversion rates, and market trends to uncover actionable insights. 🔎
• Keep the Sales Engine Running: Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Predict the Future (Well, Almost!): Develop sales forecasting models that help us strategize for success. 🔮
• Be the Go-To Guru: Support the sales team with data-driven insights that optimize performance and decision-making.

What you bring to the table

• A Passion for Problem-Solving: You love digging into numbers to uncover hidden patterns and solutions.
• Excel Wizardry: Pivot tables? VLOOKUPs? Advanced formulas? You know them like the back of your hand. 🪄
• A Growth Mindset: You’re eager to learn new tools, techniques, and technologies to stay ahead of the game.
• Stellar Communication: You can break down complex data into easy-to-understand insights for some of us non-data folks. 📢
• 0-2 Years of Experience: New to the business intelligence world? No problem! If you’ve got the right mindset, we’ll help you grow.
• Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field? Perfect! 🎓

Bonus points if you have

• Data Visualization Skills: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools? That’s a big plus!
• Sales Pipeline Knowledge: Understanding sales performance metrics and CRM tools will help you hit the ground running.
