Job Title: Junior Renewal Analyst
Location: Atlanta (Hybrid) or Remote
Reports to: VP, Business Development Operations - Federal
Job Summary
The Renewal Analyst will report to the Director of Sales Operations and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to manage the administrative process of renewing client subscriptions. The analyst will track and manage renewal opportunities, create quotes, and work with clients’ procurement departments to receive purchase orders as a part of the renewal process. The Renewal Analyst will call and email clients to ultimately secure the renewal.
This individual is meticulous and detail oriented, has excellent organizational skills and is a team player. This is a critical role on our team, allowing our sales team to remain focused on the least automatable and most valuable parts of our business – working with our clients.

Reports to: Director of Sales Operations
Responsibilities
In your role as a Renewal Analyst, you will
- Be responsible for initiating renewals, generate quotes, navigate internal approvals, and process purchase orders.
- Support the sales teams in maintaining data integrity in our CRM system.
- Be able to speak with clients in a professional manner.
- Escalate concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewals.
- Execute on a high volume of tasks methodically.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Superior attention to detail.
- 2+ years of experience in order processing.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, operations, or other back-office roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data entry, Excel and Salesforce
- A verifiable track record of working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
