Right across the Pipera metro station, the Samsung Shared Services Centre Europe, established in 2016 in Bucharest (Romania) covers Financial, Customer Service and HR processes for Samsung subsidiaries across Europe.

Role and Responsibilities
Objectives of this role
- Learn from Talent Acquisition Partners and support them with all recruiting-related and administrative duties
Responsibilities
- Work within the team to create effective and targeted candidate pipelines: posting jobs; preparing reports; screening CVs; communicating with candidates and setting up interviews; conducting initial phone screenings
- Provides functional support for recruitment tools
Skills and Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field
Skills and qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum 1 years of related experience
- Previous experience working as a junior recruiter.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment software and database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced English
- Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task
