Key Responsibilities
- Manage Action Items from Meetings: Track, follow up, and ensure the timely completion of action items from meetings, while reporting on progress regularly.
- Create Communication Emails and Templates: Draft professional communication emails and develop reusable email templates for various purposes.
- Create and Update Process Documents: Develop, maintain, and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Coordinate Events: Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Proficient Use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel: Utilize Microsoft Office tools to produce high-quality documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Manage small Projects/Initiatives in the Service Delivery team, and be the Service Selivery liaison in Technology projects.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or project management role is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
