We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to become part of our dynamic team. If you are eager to grow professionally, work on exciting projects, and embrace challenges, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple maintenance projects, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery in alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Facilitate the transition of projects into the maintenance phase and collaborate with the project manager to transition back to active development when required.
  • Prioritize tasks and deliverables with stakeholders, ensuring processes are organized to achieve maximum value while addressing issues efficiently.
  • Implement risk and change management strategies to ensure smooth project execution and proactively address challenges.
  • Manage project budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and provide revenue reports to management, while keeping clients informed of updates.
  • Allocate and reserve necessary resources, working closely with the resource manager to make adjustments as required.
  • Monitor quality standards, escalating and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Act as the primary contact point for internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Track project health and progress, preparing status reports for both clients and management. Ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Communicate with clients regarding potential extensions or maintenance contract renewals, identifying opportunities and sharing them with company leadership.

Requirements:

  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in managing small to medium-sized projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Jira Assistant, and Confluence for project tracking, reporting, and team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with SCRUM and Kanban methodologies, with proven experience managing projects using these frameworks.
  • Practical knowledge of web and mobile project lifecycles and development processes.
  • Experience working with Business Analysts and QA Engineers, ensuring effective communication and smooth coordination of team roles during maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to anticipate risks, identify issues early, and take proactive steps to resolve or escalate them for successful project delivery.
