Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Renewables Latvia Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be helping us to take care of renewable energy business implementation in Latvia. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Assisting in business implementation activities related to onshore wind, solar PV, BESS, and Power-to-X project execution in Latvia
- Supporting the project execution team in the project planning and implementation processes
- Collaborating with colleagues from other units and structures of the Ignitis group in order to formalize project documentation according to Ignitis standards and decision-making processes
- Preparing various kinds of internal reports and management presentations.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Management, Economics, Construction, Engineering or Energy field
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative tasks, or project support
- Experience in construction / site management of projects during the execution stage
- Familiarity with construction legislation and project planning (time and budget)
- Proactive, accurate, responsible, attentive to details, and goal-oriented
- Good communication skills in the Latvian and English languages (writing and speaking).
Would be an advantage
- Experience in renewables or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with legal frameworks, experience with FIDIC contracts
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
