As a Junior Project Engineer, you will be crucial in successfully delivering different programs ranging from small-scale to complex, large-scale engagements, related mostly to new raw materials, suppliers, dual sourcing, and any program related to advanced engineering. Your experience in manufacturing processes, materials, qualifications/validations, and project management, and the proper use of project and prioritization models will ensure the seamless execution of programs while complying with the company QMS and international medical devices standards. As a Project Engineer, you will work with a cross-functional team across multiple functions such as R&D, DQE, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Tooling & Automation, and Regulatory Affairs, owning and driving all the deliverables within the Program Life Cycle.

What will you be doing?
- Collaborate in program management activities with a diverse range of complexities.
- Collaborate in the project documentation including procedures, documents related to validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ etc) datasheets test records etc.
- Ensure the document control system is maintained and internal approval workflow is followed.
- Ensure that the quality management system is followed.
- Help to coordinate a portfolio of projects, handling changes and interventions to maintain the portfolio's progress, and serve as the main point of reference for the overall health and savings pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align strategies, timelines, and program execution.
- Collaborate with horizontal workstreams to address interdependencies, drive governance, and facilitate regular program and project calls.
- Work closely with other project managers and business teams to create and maintain project pipelines according to business needs and KPIs.
What will you need to be successful?
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or advanced student in a technical field (materials, chemical, maintenance, mechatronics, electrical or similar).
- Knowledge: Technical knowledge in the field of study.
- Knowledge of Office Package (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Languages: Advanced English skills.
- Competencies: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good communicator with active listening skills.
- Initiative/ proactivity.
- Able to face challenges positively.
