Job Description
- Support the testing and roll-out of new products and features aiming at improving our business performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure alignment across stakeholders on product updates;
- Serve as point of contact for feature requests, operational issues and product development updates;
- Analyze relevant business KPIs, process performance and product usage to measure success of implementations;
- Identify inefficiencies and key challenges in operations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to propose solutions;
- Develop assessment and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and programs;
- Actively take responsibility when needed, no matter the task.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
- Background and/or work experience in economics, operations, logistics or last-mile, in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a data-driven mindset;
- Proficiency in G-Suite (particularly in Gsheets), and solid SQL skills;
- Experienced in managing relationships and expectations with various stakeholders;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Strong work ethic and listening skills while also being able to tackle multiple projects at once;
- You are a team player.
