In this role, you will be part of our Global Payment Operations team, which handles Western Unions’ business products and serves our agent partners worldwide.

Role Responsibilities

• Processing accurate and valid refunds and settlement transactions in a timely manner. 

• Reporting and reconciliation of different accounts.

• Resolving exceptions and handling other product-related processes.

• Collaborating with business partners and agent partners worldwide, analyzing and responding to their inquiries. 

Role Requirements

• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency with MS Excel.

• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

• Strong at analyzing data and attention to details with great sense of responsibility.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly structured, deadline-driven environment.

• A degree or working towards a degree in accounting or similar field would be considered as an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,166 – 1,608 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
